Tenderfoot Training Return Policy

At Tenderfoot Training, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. If for any reason you are unhappy with a leash or collar, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the leash or collar must meet the following criteria:

  1. It is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. It was purchased online directly from Tenderfoot Training.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us: Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 720.442.0707 to talk about next steps.  Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: Ship the item back to us at 45 Plains View Rd. Boulder, CO 80302. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item if you requested an exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made collars are not eligible for return or exchange unless there was an error on our part.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
  • No return on video training.
